• Telephone the vendor for a price quotation and/or to book your trip. Be sure to identify yourself as University of Richmond affiliate. You will be asked to provide the following information:
  Information about you: your name, department, mailing address, and telephone number.
  Information about the trip: date of the trip, location and time of pick-up, destination, additional stops, and location and time of return.
  Information about Special Needs: are there any special needs you or your passengers may require. Every effort will be made to accommodate those needs.
• The vendor will provide you with a confirmation number.
• Refer to your confirmation number if you need to modify or cancel your trip.
• One week prior to your trip, call to verify and reconfirm the details of your trip.
• When you recieve the invoice, be sure to write your index and account code on it and submit it to Accounts Payable for processing.
